libmp3-tag-perl software package provides Module for reading tags of MP3 audio files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmp3-tag-perl
libmp3-tag-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmp3-tag-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmp3-tag-perl *
You will get with libmp3-tag-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
